Terms and Conditions

Rules of engagement:

• ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
• Must confirm appointment at least 2 hours in advance or appointment will be canceled.
• Appointments will only be rescheduled with at least 1 hour prior notice. Failure to attend scheduled meeting without communication within 1 hour after, you will not be permitted to rebook for 6 months. 
• No late fees. Arrive more than 7 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you must rebook. 
• Reschedule more than twice and you will not be permitted to rebook for 3 months. 
• All consultations will be recorded and may be used for promotional purposes.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to clients on a discretionary basis.
