    I Learned SHiT! - Successful Habits in Transition

    Can I keep it real with you? As I transitioned through my teenage years, I was expelled from high school, became a teen parent, faced homelessness, and dealt with legal battles all before the age of 18. According to my Adverse Childhood Experiences score (06/10), I was set up to fail before I even had a chance to try. I learned early on that, although I counldn't always choose my circumstances, I could choose my actions—and that’s when I became intentional about sorting out the stress in my life and building habits to stay healthy, grounded, and resilient.


    Today, I’m a professional speaker, serial entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, and more! I’ve partnered with schools to teach professional development, building healthy habits, and resilience. I served as the commencement speaker for my graduation from Quincy College. In 2023, I was appointed to the Governor’s Transition Committee for Thriving Youth. In 2024, I was honored with the Brockton NAACP Phenomenal Woman Award and provided the keynote speech for the Whole Well You Women’s Conference on trauma recovery.


    What changed? I learned SHiT—Successful Habits in Transition—that helped me build the resilience necessary to navigate adversity. Now, I’m using this framework to teach others how to turn their stress into success. Resilience is a choice, and I’m living proof that with the right tools, you can thrive against the odds.
